WHAT’S REQUIRED?

Professional branding + copy. If you don’t have professional branding, you can book our Basecamp brand intensive at a bundle discount. If you don’t have professional copy, please reach out and we can recommend a copywriter.

Professional photography. This can be as simple as a photoshoot of you in your element. We don’t need a ton of photos and we can use stock or AI images where needed, but it does help to have some professional work done as well.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. You can schedule a call with us so we can chat about your business, your types of products, and whether e-commerce is a good fit.

2. If you are ready to move forward, you can purchase this service on our website, or you can request an invoice for deposit. We will also send our service contract for you to sign and return.

3. Once the contract and payment has been received, we will start the onboarding process by sending you some fun homework so that we can get to know your business better, as well as book a project kickoff call.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Our payment process is similar to purchasing anything else from a Shopify store. After you select a start date from our calendar, you will be guided through the checkout process. You can choose to pay in full by card, or to pay with Shop Pay installments.

If you do not want to go through Shop Pay, just let us know and we can split the cost into 2 or 3 monthly payments.

Do you need branding?

Option 1: BYOB
Bring Your Own Branding. Choose this option if you already have killer branding that has been professionally designed, is not outdated, and you have brand guidelines.
Trying to build a website without cohesive and strategic brand assets is like trying to build a house without a foundation. To get the most out of this experience, you will at minimum need to have a thoughtful color palette + typography, strong logo, and brand guidelines.
Option 2: Branding Upgrade
This option adds a one-week branding intensive that is centered on building a sensorial digital experience. Choose this option if you DIY'd your branding, you don't have any branding, or if it's simply time for a refresh. This option includes Hold the Vision, plus:

- Collection of supporting marks, graphics, textures, and patterns
